This project involved lifting and supporting the orginal villa so we could excavate underneath it to accommodate a new ground floor below. Major earthworks, foundations, retaining walls and construction were a challenge with limited access but the build went seemlessly with no problems. Once the ground floor was complete the villa was positioned back onto the new ground floor. The existing villa was also completely re-clad, new timber joinery installed and a large internal renovation completed.
